Decision FC (“the game”, at decisionfc.com) is a free browser football-career game. This policy explains what data the game handles and how advertising works. It is written to be short and honest.

What the game stores

Your career progress, chosen settings, and language preference are stored locally in your own browser (via localStorage). There is no account and no login, and this information never leaves your device except as described below. Clearing your browser storage erases it.

The leaderboard

If a finished career is submitted to a public ranking, only gameplay data is sent — the random seed, the list of decisions you took, and the display name you typed for your player. This is used to re-simulate the career for anti-cheat and to place it on the board. Please do not type real personal information as a player name.

Advertising and cookies

The game is free and supported by rewarded video ads, served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, and — with consent — to personalise them. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage your ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent prompt (a Google-certified consent management platform) asks your permission before any personalised advertising cookies are used, and you can decline or choose non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time through that prompt or your browser settings.

Who else is involved

Google AdSense — advertising.
Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for the site.
Supabase — stores the leaderboard submissions described above.

These providers process only what is needed for their function.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

You can erase all locally stored data by clearing your browser storage. If you are in a region with data-protection rights (such as the EEA or UK), you may withdraw advertising consent through the prompt above, and you may contact us about any data question.
