What is worth writing about
- A bug. Anything that looked wrong: a career that stopped advancing, a number that made no sense, a screen that did not fit your phone. Say which language you were playing in and roughly where in the career it happened — that is usually enough to find it.
- Football that is wrong. A club in the wrong division, a crest that belongs to somebody else, a manager style that does not match how that side actually plays. The world is checked against the real 2026/27 season and it is corrected when it drifts.
- An idea. A card you think should exist, a decision the game is not asking you to make yet.
- Business, press or licensing. Same address.
- Privacy and data. Anything covered by the privacy policy — including removing data or withdrawing advertising consent.
Reply time
Usually within a few days. It is one person and a game that is free, so it is not a support desk — but a clear bug report gets read and often fixed in the same week.

什么值得写信来说
- Bug。任何看起来不对的地方：生涯卡住不动了、某个数字讲不通、 某个界面在你手机上放不下。说明你玩的是哪个语言、大概在生涯的什么阶段发生的， 通常这就足够定位了。
- 足球数据不对。某支球队级别错了、队徽张冠李戴、 主教练打法和这队实际踢法对不上。这个世界是对着 2026/27 真实赛季校过的，一旦偏了就改。
- 想法。你觉得应该存在的某张卡片，或者游戏还没让你做的某个决定。
- 商务、媒体、授权。同一个邮箱。
- 隐私与数据。隐私政策涵盖的任何事情—— 包括删除数据或撤回广告同意。
回复时间
一般几天之内。一个人做的免费游戏，做不到客服那样的响应—— 但一份写清楚的 Bug 报告会被认真读，而且常常当周就修掉。
